About Ah Phyay

Ahphyay, established in 2016, is a socio-economic development organization committed to overcoming social, economic, and organizational challenges through innovative, progressive, professional, and academic means in the 21st century. In response to political instabilities in the early years of 2021, Ahphyay underwent a transformation, refocusing its efforts on direct implementation in social economic enterprises with a primary focus on women and youth affairs in Myanmar by promoting sustainability models, responsible business culture and social entrepreneurship values through innovative, progressive and professional approaches. This shift was driven by a strong commitment to enhancing resilience and fostering positive social and livelihood changes. Our mandates are centered on effecting social change by addressing underlying causes, understanding complex systems, and recognizing diversity and differences, all while aligning with the United Nations Development Programmed Sustainable Development Goals (UNDP SDG, especially on SDG 5- Gender Equality, 8 – Decent work and economic growth and 15-Life on Land).
